You receive a Dash VDL, which can be returned to us when you no longer require it. There is a once only charge for the VDL.
You pay a monthly fee per unit for the Dash service. This covers support of the service and hardware, software maintenance and software upgrades. It also covers data charges in most instances.
We have an active development program for Dash and will be adding value to our product over time. Much of this development will be free to you but you will also have the option of turning on substantial additional functionality for a further monthly fee. This will be more specialized functionality that is not applicable to every customer.
You can contract for as little as six months upfront and then elect to pay monthly, as you go. Alternatively, you can select a fixed price contract period for up to three years.
